1. Digital Content & Privacy Options

fades.site supplies digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium: an automated collage generated from photographs you upload. The server keeps a random subset of those photographs (typically three to eight frames) and a random subset of any optional details you entered. You do not specify the final composition. Delivery of a paid private collage happens entirely online once the required Bitcoin transaction is confirmed on the network. The site also records a minimal consent event when you tick the commitment checkbox and proceed: policy version, product/path, timestamp, and a privacy-preserving collage or invoice reference. No name, email, or wallet address is stored in that record.

Option A: Paid (Private) Generation: The Bitcoin window opens on the options page. Closing it shows only the private key. The images stay locked until the Bitcoin transaction confirms. The collage is then viewable for 24 hours and is never added to the public random discovery pool. It is not burned by the view counter. After 24 hours the data is permanently purged.

Option B: Unpaid (Public Random Discovery / Manual Deletion): If you choose to forgo payment, you forfeit the right to view or download the generated collage. Choosing Release into Random Pool publishes it immediately. It stays in the public pool until 24 hours pass or until it reaches the unique-view limit you set (standard 10 to 25, VIP 20 to 60, creator key 1 to 100), whichever comes first, and is then permanently deleted. If you enter Collage of the Day, the collage instead stays until 00:00 UTC at the end of that day; if it wins, it stays, and cannot be deleted by you, until 00:00 UTC at the end of its feature day. Closing the page, or letting the timer end without that choice, permanently deletes the collage. It does not publish it. Exception: if a public collage you tagged with a tribute tag is selected for a milestone, it is kept until the end of the next UTC day after selection, without its view limit, and you cannot purge it during that time. After that, normal view limits apply again unless it is selected again.

After a collage is deleted, a public-pool image may stay in the host CDN and browsers for at most about 10 minutes. Private and priced images are not put in the shared CDN cache, but the viewer's own browser may keep its copy until the link expires (at most about 10 minutes).

Creator promo collage: With a creator key, a promo link and no price is posted to the public pool after you review the details and agree. Once that public collage is posted, you are not offered extra views or a payment to remove it. Destroy collage remains. A promo link plus a private price requires your Bitcoin wallet. You review the link, price, and wallet, agree, and the collage is published without a payment from you. It is not placed in the public pool. Each person who opens it pays that price once, except an operator admin session, which is not charged and does not create a payment row. You cannot open it yourself. It ends at the paid-open limit you set or 24 hours after publishing, whichever comes first. The visitor price is 5 to 99.99 USD, and the platform keeps 20%. The visitor pays in two Bitcoin payments, each with its own exact amount: part 1, your share (the price minus the platform cut), goes straight from the visitor to your own wallet, and part 2, the platform fee, goes to this site. The collage opens when both are seen. This site never holds, sends or forwards your share. You set your own price, you are paid directly by the buyer, and you are responsible for your own taxes on what you receive. Your wallet address is shown to visitors on the pay page so they can pay you. If your wallet is not a valid mainnet address, the visitor pays the full price to this site and the operator pays your share by hand. Both payment records are kept for 1 year after confirmation, then deleted; a record where only one part arrived is kept for 1 year too. An unpaid quote is deleted after 24 hours. An operator admin can view the stored wallets and payment records, grouped by wallet or month. Deleting the collage does not delete those payment rows before the year ends. The Bitcoin transaction itself stays on the public chain. You may save one mainnet Bitcoin payout wallet in the session panel. It is used as your creator wallet for visitor payments and for manual payouts of referral rewards and tag-creator shares, can be changed a few times a day or cleared, and is deleted with the session. The site never sends money automatically. Referral rewards (a percentage of our platform fee excluding VAT on a referred session's settled purchases for 12 months from the referral, never of a creator's share; owed to your session and paid by hand to your saved wallet and recorded as owed and paid by hand) apply only while the operator has switched them on, never for self-referral, and up to a monthly cap. Rewards can be changed or switched off at any time. See the referrals page. A tag-creator share (a percentage of other sessions' settled tributes under a tag you activated, up to a monthly cap, owed to your saved payout wallet and paid by hand) applies only while switched on; tributes to your own tag earn nothing.

Creator key: A creator key is sent by the operator after you email an application as described on How to become a creator. There is no public signup and no account. The operator may refuse. Entering the key does not publish a collage. The creator promo rules above apply when you use the key.

Manual Deletion Option: The creator can destroy their own collage from the browser session that created it. A matching hashed IP is not enough. That deletes the files. If the collage is already public, destroying it removes it from the pool. It does not undo a view that already happened. Purge all my media on the privacy page deletes every collage tied to that session without a Bitcoin invoice. A collage is kept for 20 minutes after a matching payment is first seen, so the timer cannot delete it during that grace period.

Pulling a public collage private: If you start payment after the collage is already in the public pool, that public collage stays in the pool until the Bitcoin payment confirms. This payment is for a regular release. A collage posted with a creator key does not offer it. Starting payment issues a second 10-character private key and stores a pending private copy of the same frames. The database field session_token on that copy is that private key. It is not an account, not a browser cookie, and not a separate identifier of you. The pending copy is not shown until payment confirms. If the public collage is deleted because it hit its view limit first, the pending copy and the invoice remain so the private key can still be unlocked. On confirmation the public collage is removed and the private copy lasts 24 hours from confirmation. If you never pay, the pending copy is deleted 24 hours after the pay click, at the daily purge, or sooner when all 100 open payment slots are taken.

Licence: You grant fades.site a limited, non-exclusive licence to compress, randomly select, store, and — only if you choose the unpaid path — show the files and details you submit. The licence ends when those files are deleted. You keep any rights you already had in the photographs.

By default a visitor may create 4 collages per hour and open one random collage per minute. A VIP pass, paid separately and tied to your browser session, may create 15 collages per hour and open one random collage per 5 seconds. It includes 5 premium (paid) private collages per UTC day. The same numbers are shown on the VIP page and when you set page views. Hitting a limit returns an error and does not delete a collage you already made. VIP does not waive the rules in section 2.

2. Strict Prohibitions & Acceptable Use Policy (Anti-Doxxing & Anti-Harassment)

You must be 18 or older. Do not upload photographs of minors or personal data relating to children.

Before the rest of the site opens, you must confirm that you are 18 or older. That confirmation is a self-declaration, not an identity or age check. The server stores only the SHA-256 hash of the connection for 1 hour. A shared network address can collide, so that hash is not an identity. The confirmation page is shown again when that record is missing or has expired. Text-only information pages (Terms, Privacy, the legal notice, How it works, For creators, FAQ, Referrals, and the kink guides under /kinks) show no collage images and can be read before you confirm; collages and every other page cannot.

By using fades.site, you strictly agree NOT to use the service to:

• Engage in doxxing (collecting and publishing private identifying information of an individual without their explicit consent).
• Harass, stalk, intimidate, shame, or threaten any person.
• Upload a photograph of anyone under 18, defamatory material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or anything else illegal. Explicit adult content is allowed only when you are the person shown, or when you have that person's documented consent. The site does not check that consent before the collage is posted, and it does not store the consent document.
• Upload AI-generated or AI-edited images, whether or not they show a real person.
• Upload from a VPN, proxy, or data center. Those uploads are refused.
• Post a photo of anyone who has not agreed to it being posted, including a partner or a third person (agreeing to a photo being taken is not agreeing to it being posted).
• Post content framed as non-consensual, "leaked" or "exposed".
• Post content or tags that incite racial or ethnic hatred or present racial superiority.

If your photos were posted without your consent, use Report Misuse / Request Deletion on the collage and choose Request of removal, or email abort@fades.site. That report path is unchanged. A report that someone is under 18 deletes the collage immediately; its stored image is removed from photo storage (including Cloudflare R2) immediately. If a deletion fails, it is retried by the daily cleanup.

Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of the collage files from our servers without any right to a refund.

3. Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract under Directive 2011/83/EU. fades.site relies on Article 16(m) of that Directive: the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

Article 16(c) (goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised) does not apply. A fades collage is a randomized digital file, not a prefabricated good built to measurements or a design you chose.

By ticking the un-checked box on the commitment screen and starting payment or generation, you (i) expressly request that performance of the digital content begin before the 14-day period ends, and (ii) acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal for that supply. The on-screen checkbox is the user action that starts the process, and the current implementation also writes a minimal consent record storing the policy version, product/path, timestamp, and a privacy-preserving collage or invoice reference. That record is kept for 1 year, or until this browser session purges it. The service is anonymous and does not collect an email address, so no separate email confirmation is sent. After confirmation it also writes an internal purchase record with the product, configured USD price, exact satoshi amount, destination address, transaction id, confirmation time, and VIP expiry where applicable. That record is kept for 1 year from confirmation, then deleted. It is not a full merchant receipt and does not identify the buyer by name.

Bitcoin transfers are final on the network. That does not create an extra legal exception; it is why performance starts only after the acknowledgement above. Statutory rights if the digital content is not supplied as agreed (Directive (EU) 2019/770) are not waived. If a confirmed payment never unlocks the collage, contact info@fades.site.

VIP is different. It is a time-limited digital service, not a one-off collage file. Article 16(m) does not remove the withdrawal right for the unused part of that period. Article 16(a) removes it only once the period you bought has been fully provided. An EU/EEA consumer may withdraw within 14 days of confirmation by emailing info@fades.site. Access ends when the request is received. You pay for time already made available, counting a started day as used. The unused share is refundable. Because a Bitcoin transaction cannot be reversed, the refund is a separate transfer and only if you provide a Bitcoin address. We do not take a fee beyond the network fee of that refund transfer. A finished period cannot be withdrawn. Using the pass to break section 2 can end the remaining time without a refund.

A confirmed VIP pass can bypass ordinary lockdown but not full lockdown. Full lockdown is reserved for tester, moderator, and administrator sessions. Payment details must be completed before the live countdown expires. The configured payment window is 24 hours. Tester keys are operational credentials and do not authorize private collage views.

4. Bitcoin Network

All transactions are peer-to-peer, final, and irreversible. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the official fades.site address and for miner fees. An underpayment is not treated as confirmed. An overpayment is not refunded on-chain. fades.site does not issue invoices or VAT receipts.

Before payment, the site shows the configured USD price and the live mempool.space BTC/USD source used when the invoice opens. The exact amount to send is the invoice amount, including its unique 1–100 satoshi tail. This interface does not calculate or add tax. The invoice-opening timestamp is shown with the active payment window and stored with the pending invoice. Refund or withdrawal requests must be sent to info@fades.site; the applicable route and limits are described above. An internal purchase confirmation is stored only after chain confirmation and is deleted 1 year later; it is not emailed or presented as a merchant receipt.

Only 100 unpaid payments can be open at the same time, including collage invoices and unpaid VIP invoices. Each one asks for that purchase's spot price plus a different extra of 1 to 100 sats, so one transaction cannot unlock the wrong collage or the wrong pass. When all 100 are in use, the oldest unpaid private collage and its payment are deleted to make room. That private collage is lost. If no unpaid private collage is in the window, the oldest unpaid VIP invoice is deleted instead. That pass was never activated. Paying afterwards does not bring either one back. If that exact satoshi amount has already been given to a newer payment, the transfer settles the newer one instead. A collage that is only sitting in the public pool is not deleted by this rule. The number of slots can be raised later.

5. Disclaimer

fades.site is a small project in a testing and startup phase that charges a fee for the private path. The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, that a specific photograph or detail will appear in the collage, or that a public-pool collage will or will not be discovered by any particular visitor.

Random selection is part of the product. Paying does not buy a preview of every upload or a composition you directed. If a frame is omitted, that is the intended behaviour, not a defect, unless the collage fails to generate or a confirmed payment never unlocks access.

You are solely responsible for the photographs and text you submit, including that you have the right to upload them and the consent of every identifiable person. The operator does not pre-screen uploads. A later look at one collage, after a report or another concrete reason, is only to decide whether that collage breaks the law or these rules. It does not mean the rest of the pool was reviewed, approved, or endorsed.

Ads and affiliate links are provided by third parties (ExoClick, BongaCams, CrakRevenue) and link to sites under their own terms. fades.site does not endorse or control the advertised offers.

To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, fades.site is not liable for loss arising from misuse by other visitors, from content you chose to release into the public pool, from Bitcoin network delays or incorrect payments, from a VIP pass that does not follow you onto a new IP address, or from automatic expiry and deletion. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the fee actually paid for that collage or that VIP period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These pages describe how the service works. They are not legal advice to you about your own uploads, privacy obligations, or local criminal law. Questions about the platform: info@fades.site.

6. Requests about uploaded material

A person who uploaded a collage, a person depicted in it, or an authorised representative may ask about access, correction, objection, restriction, or deletion by emailing abort@fades.site. Include the relevant URL or 10-character key and explain the request. Uploaders should use the private key or a still-valid creator session to show control. A depicted person or representative should explain their connection to the material and provide only the minimum information needed to assess it.

The operator may request clarification and will not disclose a private collage to an unrelated requester. A verified privacy or abuse request may result in deletion of linked public and private copies, without restoring the collage or reversing a Bitcoin payment. Do not send extra photographs or identity documents by ordinary email.

7. VIP access

VIP is optional. It is a one-time purchase of a longer rate limit and a wider page-view range for the browser session that pays. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. The price, the length, and the limits are whatever the VIP page shows when you tick the box and start payment. Four lengths are offered (day, week, month, year). The operator can change future prices and lengths. A pass that has already been confirmed keeps the length you bought.

The pass starts when the Bitcoin payment confirms, because you asked for that. If you already have time left, the new length is added to the end. It is tied to your owner session. Save the recovery code. Restoring that code keeps the pass on another device or network. Purging the session ends it. A pass bought earlier on a hashed IP stays on that hash until a session from the same network links it once; after that, other visitors on the IP lose it. That one-time link is not a defect.

VIP includes 5 premium private collages per UTC day, the number shown on the VIP page, for collages you create in this session. It does not hide a collage, raise someone else's view limit, unlock another person's private collage, or excuse a breach of section 2. Private collages beyond that daily allowance still require their own payment. The operator can end remaining VIP time without refund if the pass is used to upload illegal or prohibited material.
